ISLERI WITH EUROCREM Filled fatty biscuit with cocoa cream product and chocolate dressing

Ingredients: Fatty biscuit 47% (wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, egg powder, whey powder, dough rising agent: Sodium-hydrogen carbonate and ammonium-hydrogen carbonate, sodium chloride, emulsifier soy lecithin), cocoa cream product 39% (sugar, palm fat, skimmed milk powder 9%, whey powder, cocoa powder with reduced cocoa butter content 7%, hazelnut (min. 2.5%), sunflower oil, emulsifier soy lecithin, flavours), chocolate dressing 14% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E492 i E 476, flavour). Chocolate dressing contains at least 47% of the overall dry mass of cocoa.
