A type of wine which is perfectly suitable to our vineyards agroecosystem. We grow this type of grapes in the vineyards exposed to the south and we get unusually velvety and complex wines.
Dry red wine
Ingredients: 100% Blaufränkisch
Sensory evaluation: It is ruby red with pinkish hue. The wine which has underlying red berry fruits flavours with a touch of cinnamon and dark chocolate. It is well-balanced, sustainable, with fully matured tannins.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol
Serving temperature: 15 – 16 degrees Celsius
Vinification: a 10 – 12-day maceration process. Cuvee (the best grape juice from gentle pressing of the grapes) is used to produce the wine.
